Part of this evaluation is the consideration of options for a remote support tool. The current service comprises of approximately 5500 devices. All devices are currently Windows 10 and the Council are reviewing options to potentially introduce Autopilot with the move to Windows 11. Thus, are interested in understanding the options available in the market, and what vendors can offer in terms of a remote support tool.
