The objective of the assignment is to: The objective of the assignment is to: - Plan Engagement: Utilising the contact details provided by NHS England, organise a programme of engagement with key stakeholders involved in the pure and mixed nitrous oxide ' waste mitigation enabling them a structured opportunity to provide feedback on NHS England draft guidance and toolkit. This may take the format of interviews, workshops, roundtable, surveys, user trials with key stakeholders etc. agreed with NHSE before commencing the engagement. Key stakeholders include national clinical leads, estates leads, pharmacy leads, along with experts and regional and local stakeholders who have previously undertaken work on nitrous oxide waste mitigation. NHS England also identified and engaged a small number of 'heavy user' sites which have agreed to trial the new toolkit in development. - Facilitate Engagement: Undertake the programme of engagement with key stakeholders, capturing the feedback provided on the content, structure and design of draft guidance and toolkit, as well as, what supporting resources should be produced. A specific approach should be undertaken to engage and gather feedback from the 'heavy user' sites which have agreed to trial the revised toolkit. - Feedback and propose additional material: Outline a proposal for the required updates, supporting materials and assets using the feedback provided in the engagement sessions.
