It is in an exposed location and built into the side of St Saviour's Hill. It suffers from some damp issues and pooling water on the floors. The toilet block also has problems with its drainage system causing blockages and is in need of some general updating. - The primary works are to resolve the soil drainage issues and prevent water pooling on the floors.
