The team are responsible for ensuring that technical governance requirements are appropriately assessed and managed and that risks to delivery are identified. The team are also responsible for reporting performance to National Highways' Biodiversity KPI to Strategy and Planning and the provision of advice to Commercial and Procurement on corporate policy in this area. This commission is required to provide support the Biodiversity KPI Team and the wider business with delivery of the KPI and to prepare the business to deliver net gain.
