The draft requirements are described further in the market sounding exercise document attached below. ### Timescales The Council intends to publish the tender for these services later this calendar year (2023) with the award and contracting process to be completed by early to mid 2024. ### Market sounding exercise The Council is publishing a market sounding exercise alongside this Notice to gain some insight into market capability and capacity (see below) Responses to these questions will help to finalise the specification and service requirements. You are kindly asked to review and respond no later than 12:00 on 18 October 2023.
