There are generally 50 to 60 projects per year included in the planned maintenance programme and these are tendered to contractors during the financial year. All projects covered under this maintenance programme are tendered via a mini competition through the the BHCC & ESCC Planned Maintenance Framework which is the Councils preferred route to market for these projects.
