LHP is a charity regulated as a Community Benefit Society and a not-for-profit housing provider regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. Within our portfolio of properties, we currently have 12 commercial properties in the Grimsby and Cleethorpes area, and LHP wishes to appoint a Managing Agent to undertake the management of these properties.
