The Highways Team has attempted to recruit engineers/senior engineers without success and is using the Consultancy framework with WSP to undertake some of the work, however WSP is unable to fulfill all resource requirements. In the event of further inability to recruit and the need to extend this arrangement, it is anticipated that the a corporate contract with an existing supplier will be able to provide these services.
