The City of Wolverhampton Council intends to demolish one hundred and twenty-six bungalows and replace them with at least one hundred and twenty-seven of a similar size and purpose. Wolverhampton Homes will act as the City Council's appointed Employer's Agent and will act on behalf of the City throughout the contract.
