[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to undertake the day-to-day management and maintenance of Myatt's Fields Park through a Service Level Agreement. The initial expected duration will be for a minimum of 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years after. It is anticipated that the management fee value will be approximately £15k per year reducing to £9k over time. We are seeking an organisation with links to the local community and some experience in managing a similar sized park/operations. The successful organisation will be expected to undertake the following: - All aspects of horticulture - Grass cutting throughout the site - Management of sports facilities - tennis courts and all-weather pitch - Adhoc repairs at the site - Management and facilitation of events - Hedge cutting on the interior of the site - General monitoring of the site and usage - Any other duties to improve the site The council will continue to: - Undertake cleansing and bin emptying (including disposal) - Management and monitoring of the site's tree stock - Management and maintenance of the site's playground and splashpad - Site security - locking and unlocking - Management and maintenance of the on-site toilet facilities - Planned maintenance of the buildings The list above is not exhaustive and is subject to negotiation between parties.
