This is a multi-lot commission and consists of:\\r \\r - Lot A - Employment Needs and Land Supply Study\\r - Lot B - Retail and Main Town Centre Uses Needs Study\\r - Lot C - Both Lot A and B.\\r \\r The Council is keen to commission evidence to align with a new economic vision and direction for the Borough and consists of technical studies updating the employment needs and land supply position together with an update to the retail and commercial leisure evidence base.\\r \\r The initial contract term will be for 9 months.\\r \\r Full details relating to the works are provided in the RFQ documents.\\r \\r To participate, suppliers will need to register as a supplier with ProContract at [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk), then register and interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
