Hope Nursery is a disused glasshouse nursery which is in the process of being demolished, once this and site clearance has been completed it is intended to provide a self build residential scheme which requires the infrastructure services now being tendered. It is anticipated that demolition and site clearance will be completed by January 2024 and the design and construction of the infrastructure will take an estimated twelve - thirteen months, although this will be agreed with the appointed contractor.
