The purchaser will also be responsible for the associated planning consultancy, project management and procurement of design, engineering and other ancillary professional services relating to the works. Additional information: The contract takes the form of an option to acquire adjoining land containing obligations on the contractor to seek planning permission for the construction works on the contracting authority's retained land, with the contractor being obliged, upon the adjoining land being acquired pursuant to the option, to procure the execution and completion of the works and related services which are the subject of this notice.
