Provision of a HR and Personnel management system. ### Description of the modifications Modification to an existing system procured under the HealthTrust Europe framework agreement, ICT Solutions 2019 (ComIT 2 - Complete IT). The modification will provide increased functionality and integration with the service's IT infrastructure. Including provision of mobile app to facilitate staff rostering and availability management. Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: This contract is being modified in accordance with Regulation 72.1.b. of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contracting authority is relying on Regulation 72.1. b. due to economic and technical reasons connected with the exclusive rights and that a change of contractor would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority.
