The Local Coordinators are embedded within the community, working closely with Adult Social Care and the Voluntary and Community Sector. They have an in-depth knowledge of local opportunities and networks and play a key role in helping people to identify and access this support. They also play a crucial role in identifying gaps in the community offer.
