Refurbishment includes removal of all furniture, removal of flooring, removal of existing TV cabinets, pin boards, lighting and stud walls. Installation of new flooring, lighting, ceiling suspended timbers and mesh, painting including woodwork, installation of furniture, commissioning of all electrical works The Programme is to start 20th July 2023, procurement of all possible materials prior to 31st July is essential. The University will purchasing all furniture from Framework Supplier - all other accessories / ceiling /lighting/flooring details are attached in the project documentation.
