The contract will be let for a duration of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 1-year increments. The scope of the contract is: - Playground Inspection, Maintenance and repair, to include: - Playground and outdoor gym equipment inspection, maintenance and repair. - Sporting equipment inspection, maintenance and repair e.g. goals, nets, posts. - Outdoor ground covers inspection, maintenance and repairs e.g. impact absorbing materials, wetpour and synthetic turfs. - Play area gates inspection, maintenance and repair. - Planned renovations at existing sites, to include: - Supply and installation of new playground and equipment. - Supply and installation of new outdoor gym equipment. - Supply and installation of new sporting equipment e.g. goals, nets and posts. - Supply and installation of new surfacing e.g. impact absorbing materials, wet pour, synthetic turf, sports pitches/courts. - Supply and installation of gates for play and sporting areas.
