The anticipated start date of the contract is 1st April 2024. The contract will be for three years. The operator should offer a range of different Watersports activities including but not limited to, tuition and hire in kitesurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking , canoeing, and windsurfing. In return for the agreement the operator will pay a sum to the Council in each year for the right to operate the concession.
