The requirement is to support in the region of 40 veteran soldiers who use mobility scooters to get around London and those in need of wheelchairs. - Scope of service The following is a list of the services required. • Weekly visit to the RHC ( Day to be agreed with the contract administrator) • To repair mobility scooters and/or wheelchairs either on or off site. • To transport mobility scooters and/or wheelchairs to your own workshop, if necessary, and return them to RHC when repaired. • All repairs should be undertaken within 48 hours unless agreed otherwise. • All repairs to be guaranteed • All invoices to be paid by MasterCard with no transaction fees applied • Provide new mobility scooters and/or wheelchairs when requested (These do not have to be the models detailed in the ITT document and can be any similar spec makes and models.
