There is also the possibility that a third market may relocate to the site, this being Spitalfields Market or alternatively an area of the site will be sold, the installation of service provision or utility connection to this area should therefore be planned for. We anticipate power, data, water, and waste connection, being required currently. An outline planning application has been approved based on maximum and minimum parameters supported by an illustrative proposal. A preferred option (Option 10) has been developed to concept design stage for circa 540,000 sqft occupying the southern part of the site ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice ](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/4fa15fc9-0e03-4260-a059-ef782dfe28fa) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
