The Principal Designer/Lead Architect will in turn appoint Landscape Architects, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Energy Advisors, Planning Consultants, Ecological Consultants, Highways/Transport consultants and any other such sub-consultant with expertise in the redevelopment of recycling depots, industrial estates or similar.
