The required works will comprise of repairs and maintenance to pitched and flat roofing as well as chimney remedial and maintenance works. The works/services are required on a responsive basis, which will include responding to callouts and emergencies 24-hour, 365 days a year. The Contractor shall have systems in place to ensure resolution of all issues, faults and problems upon first visit where possible.
