The successful partner will be responsible for delivering an output in the form of both a research report and workshops. The report is expected to (i) offer an assessment on the development of green skills in Singapore and the United Kingdom by sub-sector (ii) based on this, offer recommendations on how Singapore and the United Kingdom might deepen green skills cooperation.
