The service is to allow members of the public to be able to pay by phone or online for parking time, have the option to extend the parking time and for this payment to be verified through enforcement equipment (handheld device) by enforcement officers. LB Hillingdon therefore sought tenders from organisations that meet this specification, and the terms of the Call off Contract, via the ESPO Framework (ref: 509\_19).
