RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following; • Internal refurbishment works within the existing property to replace the kitchen • modify staff bedroom & re-instate. • minor repair works & associated decoration and new floor finishes where required. • Externally - Brickwork & roofing works as well as improving external paved areas ### Site Visits All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Thursday 5th October 2023 between 9am and 2pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection.
