The Council are now seeking to contract with a high quality, best value, Provider for the provision of advertising services. In addition to the advertising services on the roundabouts signage, the Council are looking to expand the scope of the advertising contract to possibly include, (but not limited to) litter bins in high footfall areas throughout the town and the Borough. The Council would ideally like a Provider that is able to manage both these advertising initiatives. The Council currently have 45 roundabouts across the Borough with an average of four (4) signs on each roundabout. See Schedule 4 for further details of the relevant Locations.
