The current building has been a community hub for some years controlled and managed by a Trust. A refurbishment programme is planned which involves a programme of refurbishment which is broadly detailed below. Planning Approval for the refurbishment work has been obtained. A copy of the Planning decision notice is attached within appendix I. The Contractor will need to allow for discharging 8 nr planning conditions as part of the works along with obtaining Building Control Approval. For a full description, please also refer to the drawings and the scope of the work.
