This is intended to include all works, which can be undertaken off a tower scaffold, or with additional need for specialist access equipment to access the pool hall roof elements. The scope of work includes for: - Cleaning down and preparation of steelwork in accordance with the paint manufacturer's spec and tender documents; - Applying new paint coatings, including epoxy based two part intumescent coatings to the areas indicated on the drawings, and as indicated in the paint supplier's specification.
