The unit must consist of at least five cubicles one of which must be DDA compliant. The modular unit needs to be constructed preferably of steel construction and to a specification which is low maintenance, anti-vandal proof and resistant to the maritime climate. Sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings must be as robust as possible with an emphasis on high footfall usage.
