RCDS underwent an Enhanced Security Environment (ESE) audit and wider IT health check in November 2020. The ESE review found several areas of non-compliance and it was recommended that remediation is actioned. Though some engagement with the remediation work has taken place, much of this has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the IT incident that occurred at DefAc. The RCDS require support to deliver a refresh of on-site IT infrastructure. The RCDS require support to migrate IT services to Microsoft Azure Cloud, including review, design, and delivery.
