Supplier will be required to manage the purchasing of both current and forthcoming requirements for the Authority, whilst also providing further value through ensuring efficiencies within the licensing estate, negotiating best price, offering solutions, advice, and alternatives to current products.  We will be working with the supplier as a partnership, whilst seeking continuous improvement throughout the duration of the contract. The aim of seeking a partnership with a Value Added Reseller is to provide cashable savings for the organisation.
