It is anticipated that TUPE will apply for each lot. It should be noted that this PIN alerts the market only and it is NOT a pre-qualification questionnaire and is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this RFI exercise and communicate with potential providers.
