This is a request to provide IT support to the Innovation Centre Medway (ICM) and the Innovation Studio Medway (ISM). This is a 4-year contract commencing on the 1st of December 2023 and expiring on 30th of November 2027. The ICM has a data centre on each of the 3 floors now servicing around 56 offices of various sizes. The ground floor being the primary data centre acting in a master and slave relationship with the 2nd floor.
