Carlisle City Council are seeking quotations to form a lobby access to enable 30-minute fire separation to both tower block stairwells and the lift shafts (Lot 1). In addition to this, it is also proposed to infill the floor area over the existing Ceremonial Staircase and partition off to create a storeroom beneath (Lot 2). The existing staircase will remain in situ with partitions built to enclose. The above works will be split in to two separate lots and tenders are invited for either Lot 1 only, or both Lots 1 and 2 (but not for Lot 2 only). ## CPV classification Installation services of fire protection equipment Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/3bed04c4-ecd8-42bb-8111-d1d2e839d7eb) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
