To be boxed-in at high & low level and decorated with valves labelled behind metallic access panels. - Bedrooms Emergency Lighting and & Extract Ventilation Emergency lighting to be installed to all bedrooms. Extract Ventilation will be installed to all wet rooms. - Internal Fitout Complete refurbishment and refit of all wet rooms / bathrooms including new floor finishes, ceilings, redecoration of walls, sanitaryware as well as making good all areas affected by the pipework replacement works.
