Bristol City Council wants the service provider, to be in a position to train and support citizens to have skills and knowledge to resolve low level conflict using a restorative approach and or a non-violent communication process. From the information taken from the previous Neighbourhood Conflict Resolution Needs Assessment and Equalities Impact Assessment, the Council is keen to procure a community based service provider in restorative approaches and restorative practices in reducing conflict between council tenants and local community conflict caused by Bristol City Council tenants.
