Detailed Requirements: ### Multifunction Printer - The Supplier shall provide six colour Multifunction Printers with a similar specification to: • A3 25ppm Duplex Copy/print/Scan PCL5c/6 DADF, 3 Trays Total 1140 Sheets, Stand • 2000 Sheet Office Finisher LX • Multi Card Reader Common RFID-Kit • Stand (if desktop) - The Supplier should propose a model which is not likely to be end of life in the near future. - The Supplier shall install the Multifunctional Printers at each site and will be supported either remotely or onsite by a Commission DDaT colleague. - The Supplier should provide full details of the Multifunctional Printer recommended within the quality response including any software required/recommended. Note the supplier may provide more than one model and explain difference between each. The Commission is keen to reduce it's energy consumption so details around this should be detailed. - The Multifunctional Printers will be purchased outright. - Whilst the Commission does not anticipate the need for any further Multifunctional Printers during the Call-Off Contract term, the Commission may use the Call-Off Contract to order these. - The existing Multifunctional Printers the Commission uses will be decommissioned by the incumbent.
