The project consists of three film packages, each containing two individual films. This specification relates to the production of Film Packages 3 and 4, which consists of the four separate films, each being shot on location across Belgium and the Netherlands (Antwerp and Rotterdam). Film Package 1 will be commissioned by Metro Charity and will consist of two separate short films produced and shot on location within the UK.
