The accommodation pathway is designed to provide move-on from care or home setting into a Pathway offering assessment, mediation, guidance, training and support leading to independent living. The step-down accommodation units comprise of shared houses and self-contained flats where support workers are allocated to each young person throughout their stay. Services within the wider pathway include Assessments and Mediation and Supported Living Schemes for young people (aged 16 - 25) who meet the service threshold.
