Ofwat and MOSL are working collaboratively on commissioning a design and research project to develop and pilot the two primary surveys that will measure performance in this area, namely these are: - B-MeX: A survey aiming to seek business customers' feedback on wholesaler performance through a survey based on a specific customer contact with the wholesaler. - R-MeX: A survey to seek Retailers' feedback on wholesaler performance.
