The site must be well secured by use of appropriate fencing during the contract. The contract will be for a duration of 6 weeks commencing 24th July 2023. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Open day will take place on Wednesday 10th May 2023 between 9:30 am and 11am. Contractors who wish to view the site must register their intentions by the correspondence function on the Council's Intend Portal by 4pm - Tuesday 7 May 2023. A time slot will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis and the potential supplier's representatives must not arrive before their pre-selected time allocation. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER OPPORTUNITY TO INTERNALLY INSPECT THE SITE. A maximum of three persons per potential supplier will be allowed to enter the building and must adhere to all government guidelines including social distancing and the current Site Operating Procedures.
