Full details of the Works to be provided under the Contract are contained in the Specification set out at Appendix 1 of the ITT. The Successful Bidder shall be required to comply with the Specification in providing the Works. Bidders must undertake a survey of the Thorlands Estate prior to submitting a bid. Further details are set out at section 4.4 of the ITT. WATMOS intends to appoint a single Contractor for the entire scope of Works. It is envisaged that the Contract with the successful Bidder shall commence in January 2024 and complete in March 2024. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This procurement is being managed on behalf of WATMOS Community Homes by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited. The deadline for the submission of tenders is 12.00 hrs on 12/01/2024.
