The council wishes to contract with a provider who is flexible in their approach in order to facilitate local contract administration being carried out directly by schools with contract management responsibilities remaining with the council. The council is keen to engage with the market and will be hosting an in-person pre procurement market engagement event at: 10.00am till 12:00 on Monday 3rd July at Shaw House in Newbury.
