As part of this process, the Council is keen to commission suitably qualified consultants to attain new evidence. An update to this work will provide the Council with up-to-date data and a strategy to provide robustness and direction to inform decision-making impacting the provision of sport and leisure facilities and ancillary services within the Borough. This Integrated Sports Assessment will form part of the evidence base for the Councils new Local Plan. \\r \\r ### The commission will comprise three main components:\\r - Outdoor Sports Strategy Update \\r - Indoor Sports Facilities Assessment \\r - Connecting Places Spatial Strategy and Action Plan. \\r \\r The initial contract term will be for 14 months. \\r \\r Full details relating to the works are provided in the RFQ documents.\\r \\r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk), then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
