The current workload includes approximately 327 properties comprising mainly of 2 storey houses with some 2.5 storey houses and small apartment blocks. All the properties are within 60 miles of Bristol. This will be a 1-year Contract upon satisfactory delivery of the programme and achievement of target levels for KPIs. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
