On-call managers were using physical pager devices for all emergency communication that need to be escalated to On-Call Managers and Directors within the Trust. The NHS has been instructed to phase out the use of pager devices and therefore the Trust found a pager replacement solution with an application that can be used on all android or IOS smartphones. The procurement for the Provision of Pager Replacement Solution was run as a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services Network Services 2, RM3808 - Lot 7 Paging and alerting services. As the tender was run as a mini competition off a Framework, there was no requirement to issue a Tender Notice and all eligible suppliers on the framework were invited to tender, as per PCR 2015. The Trust used the Due North e-tendering portal at [procontract.due-north.com/Login](https://procontract.due-north.com/Login) ## CPV classification Telecommunications services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/28df86f4-4502-425d-b9ea-c56e2b2016f6) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
