The Contractor will work and support the delivery of digital and information technology transformation within a 2\* pillar, within the Headquarters Defence Medical Services (DMS). The Contractor shall complete all the phases of work within the time specified and shall form the Deliverables at Annex A ### DELIVERABLES SERIAL DELIVERABLE ACTION PAYMENT MEASURE BY WHOM BY WHEN 1 ### DMS CSO Structures Discovery Phase - Review Current DMS CSO OP Model Structures and provide draft blueprint When 100% of the work has been completed and confirmed by the Authority's DO ### Contractor No later than the 31st March 2023 2 ### Review and agree delivery of outputs from backlog Discovery Phase - Provide an agreed schedule of works against the DMS backlog of works When 100% of the work has been completed and confirmed by the Authority's DO ### Contractor No later than the 31st March 2023 3 ### Clinical Assessments Discovery Phase - Deliver the agreed schedule of works in priority order.
