Services within Kent are delivered by Change Grow Live, Forward Trust and We Are With You. ### The key elements of delivery will be to • Research and understand the existing content and material available across KCC and service providers websites. • Understand the policies/website/branding/infrastructure each organisation has with a view to tailor branding and content plans in line with these policies/website/branding/infrastructure. • Develop a branding and content plan in collaboration with key stakeholders which outlines how delivery will contribute towards service outcomes. • Deliver/create the items outlined within the plan. • Project manage the implementation of the plan through regular stakeholder delivery groups.
