This TA needs to fully inform and support the Local Plan Update (LPU) and ensure that the proposed LPU growth scenarios (the LPU development allocations) can be accommodated in transport terms.\\\\r\\r The LPU is intended to cover a period of at least 15 years (e.g. up to 2040).
