The appointment is made on the basis of receiving budget approval for subsequent RIBA Design phases. The initial appointment is up to and including RIBA Stage, further appointment Stage 3 -7 is dependant on funding and may not proceed. The contract term may vary in accordance with these stages and subsequent appointment, up to a maximum of a four year term (03/03/2027) Additional information: The appointment is made on the basis of receiving budget approval for subsequent RIBA Design phases.
